Submit a complaint about a review
Are you a landlord and believe a review published about a property you manage is inaccurate or defamatory? We invite you to submit a complaint.
How the procedure works
- Direct contact. Before escalating, contact the review's author (their contact details are provided to you once you confirm you are the property owner).
- Escalation to the platform. If a direct resolution fails, submit a complaint to the administration. Supporting documents are required (rental agreement, bank statements, correspondence).
- Decision. Within 7 business days, the administration reviews the complaint and makes one of the following decisions: the review is kept, hidden, or deleted.
A complaint is filed against a specific review. Open the disputed review on the property page and click "Submit a complaint".
Note: all information is stored in accordance with the Lithuanian GDPR (BDAR). Personal data is disclosed only in cases of confirmed legitimacy.
