Rules

Updated 2026-04-26.

1. Publishing reviews

  • Every review must be confirmed via an email link. Without confirmation, the review is not shown publicly.
  • When rating a landlord, a written explanation is required — a number alone is not accepted.
  • When submitting a review, your IP address is recorded for law-enforcement and abuse-prevention purposes.
  • Criticism of a landlord is allowed if it is expressed without insults and serves a constructive purpose.
  • Reviews written using a VPN, Tor, or temporary email addresses may not be published or may be removed.

2. Trust Score and badges

  • The Trust Score (0–100) is calculated automatically based on confirmed reviews over the past 24 months.
  • Badges (e.g. "Trustworthy", "Hidden costs") are assigned based on category averages — the administration does not change them manually.

3. Dispute resolution

  • The landlord must first contact the review's author directly.
  • If no agreement is reached, the dispute is escalated to the administration with supporting arguments.
  • The administration makes a decision within 7 business days: it keeps, hides, or removes the review.

4. Personal data

  • The review author's email is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). It is never shown publicly.
  • After 30 days, the IP address is anonymized.
  • Deleted reviews are kept in "soft" storage for 60 months, after which they are moved to an archive with no possibility of restoration.
  • Under Article 15 of the GDPR (BDAR), you may request a copy of your data — the link is sent to the email address you used to submit your review.

Questions about the rules — contact the administration, see the "Submit complaint" page.
