Submit a complaint about a review

Are you a landlord and believe a review published about a property you manage is inaccurate or defamatory? We invite you to submit a complaint.

How the procedure works

  1. Direct contact. Before escalating, contact the review's author (their contact details are provided to you once you confirm you are the property owner).
  2. Escalation to the platform. If a direct resolution fails, submit a complaint to the administration. Supporting documents are required (rental agreement, bank statements, correspondence).
  3. Decision. Within 7 business days, the administration reviews the complaint and makes one of the following decisions: the review is kept, hidden, or deleted.

A complaint is filed against a specific review. Open the disputed review on the property page and click "Submit a complaint".

Note: all information is stored in accordance with the Lithuanian GDPR (BDAR). Personal data is disclosed only in cases of confirmed legitimacy.
